      2. Note: At this level, an upgraded server might be necessary. We believe our current server configuration can handle it; however, if an upgrade is required, we will provide details and associated costs.
  1. Eshops with custom integrations (e.g., OJO):
    • Pricing: To be determined based on API review and required time and effort.
  1. Eshops with B2B module:
    • Price per customer or price-list integration: 300 + VAT (e.g., Arvo, Mobiletech, C2C, Homeplus, etc.)
    • Customer statement export module: 300 + VAT
  1. Requests that are not included in the Package. Eg. Plugins, coding.
    • If a projects requires an additional plugin, the cost of the plugin will be handled by the client.
    • For set up, implementations, or integration, the charge is based on hourly fee
    • Any customizations or functions that are not included in the offer will be charge based on hourly fee
    • Our Hourly fee is 42 euro

THE PRICES ABOVE ARE FOR E-SHOP WEBSITEs ONLY

Booking Websites, Travel Websites, and any other website that requires different functionality than woocommerce needs to be considered separately.

Additionally, to streamline our processes, we propose the following workflow:

  • Utilising Powersoft’s support to manage customer requests. Training will be provided from us to Powersoft Support team members and Sales in order to minimize miscommunications 
  • Creation of a pre-connection form: Collecting all necessary information before initiating website development. Development will commence upon receiving all required details.

  • Requirement of down payment: the development phase will only initiate after receipt of the down payment from Powersoft.

We believe this structured approach will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a smooth collaboration between us.

Lastly, Marketing Services will continue to be as agreed when we last met for dinner – as follows:

  • Our marketing services will be offered to Powersoft for 20% off commission

Hosting and Maintenance

Included: Technical support, updating website plugins and hosting your website to our servers. 

Any additional requests or alterations falling outside the scope of technical support will incur additional charges.
